Police in Liberty County, Georgia stopped the Delaware State University girl’s lacrosse bus violating the Fourth Amendment’s rights against search and seizure.
Police claim that they did not search the bus, individuals, or the contents of either. Watch the video and decide for yourself if this is true.
Knowing your rights and expressing them is important. It doesn’t mean the officer will agree or adhere, but it does make it clear that you objected to the search and lay a foundation for any future proceeding.
